College Connections Initiative (CCI)
Our Connections Initiative (CCI) program provides students and community members a dynamic learning experience to increase their college awareness and readiness. The CCI Hybrid Model offers Virtual Group Sessions and 1 on 1 in person services . All services are FREE.
Career Planning
Our Job Readiness services include interview preparation, training referrals, resume preparation assistance, job search, computerized job search assistance, and mock interviews.
ATTAIN Lab
Our ATTAIN Lab is a community based center offering an assortment of job and academic readiness services and workshops. Services such as hands on Microsoft Office and IT certification preparation classes and beginner computer workshops. Students complete certified self-paced computer-based learner modules with support from qualified staff.
Community Resources and Referrals
Throughout NBCCOC’s 25 years of existence, the center has developed an array of collaborations with community partners and collected information on community programs which has aided in providing valuable services & resources to the community at large.
The NBCCOC continues to remain a beacon of hope in the community for residents to take advantage of opportunities in accessing tuition FREE vocational and educational programs, housing assistance, food insecurity referrals, and much, much more.
ATTAIN Lab
State University of New York ATTAIN (Advanced Technology Training And Information Networking) center is a community based center offering an assortment of academic, occupational, and employability courses. These courses are geared to introduce, as well as supplement students with educational and vocational skills.
