Community Food Assistance (nyc.gov) – provides extensive information on food assistance programs in the new york city area.
Health Insurance by ACCESS NYC – provides information on low-cost and free healthcare.
NYC Well and Mental Health Support · NYC311 – resource for confidential help line providing information and resource referrals for behavioral health
Part of The Solution (POTS) – Pots offers a range of services to the community including a community dining room offering meals daily, and a medical and dental clinic.
Educational Links
NYC Parent University – provides access to life and parenting skills, education, and health and wellness resources.
North Bronx ATTAIN Lab – a community based center offering an assortment of academic, occupational, and employability courses.
SUNY Reconnect – Initiative that provides access to free Associate Degrees for Adult learners in New York State 25-55 with no degree. Our CCI advisors here at the center can assist with applying.

Rental Assistance – site to access rental assistance programs provided by the City of New York.
Senior Housing – provides information and resources for older adults seeking affordable housing.
Homebase – provides assistance with resources for New Yorkers experiencing housing instability.

New York City Reentry Program
Community Justice Reentry Network – The Community Justice Reentry Network (CJRN) is a citywide reentry initiative offering paid transitional employment, discharge planning, job training, access to higher education, and holistic supportive services for justice system-involved individuals.
